Added local co-op

Added in local co-op  for double the fun. Once crackhead has joined your team go to options menu and toggle co-op.a box will appear to set up player 2s controller.  With the unique battle system multiplayer the seemed like a natural fit. Come try it out on steam now. Ill post the update here after work.
